Victorian Blue Enamel And Diamond Snake Heart
 
Very beautiful blue enamel heart with locket back, the front designed as a snake, coiling around a ribbon topped brooch/pendant fitting, his head peeping out of the clusters of flowers that decorate the heart.
The snake, the flowers, the ribbon and bows are all set with old cut diamond and rose cut diamond stones, set in silver to enhance the sparkle of the diamonds. 
The back of the piece is gold.
