This is a real beauty!
A rare long Swiss enamelled chain
I have never seen one with undulating panels like this, rather like a loose rope twist.
 
The panels are enamelled in black and cream, with the gold base making the third colour. 
One side has cream stripes and a foliate pattern, the other is decorated with a flower and gold foliate patterns.
 
Each link measures about 30mm and is joined to the next with a gold ring.
 
The chain can go over the head easily but also has its original clasp
