Gorgeous rare 15 carat gold sprung Horseshoe bangle presented in an original antique horseshoe box.

These are really cool. The design is timeless and great for stacking and wearing day or night.

This one is of the chunky variety weighing in at 32.8g and with an internal closed circumference of 7”

My wrist is just under 6.5” and it fits me really well.

The gold is a rosy yellow gold and the seven horseshoe nails ( 7 for luck ) are silver.

Made circa 1890 the bracelet has been later engraved with “Wear It 20.9.1954 Good Luck”

This was the day 70 years ago that Stravinsky premiered ‘In Memorandum Dylan Thomas’ in Lis Angeles

The bracelet measures 12mm wide at it’s widest point (the sprung hinge)

I have added a 9 carat bolt

The fitted box is an oxblood red with gold embossing, the interior in a royal purple velvet and silk with branding

‘Kilpatrick and Co Goldsmiths & Jewellers To his Excellency

39 Colling St West Melbourne’

Weight - 32.8g

English circa 1890 - was it exported to Australia or is this box
