Decorative Regency seal modelled in 15 carat gold, chased all over with a foliate pattern, from it's lozenge shaped base righ the way up it's swan like flute.
the seal itself is made from chalcedony, engraved with a Hound, and the motto 'To Ho' (which I understand is similar to Tally Ho or Go Forth!)
