The book itself is beautiful with its gilded red Morocco leather cover, front and back, and its hook opening, and then inside!
A georgian beauty, her hair tied up, her dress falling down on one side to reveal her breast. There is a mirror on the other side so her lover could peep at her from all angles.
The book inside is a lovely tooled paper mache that resembles embroidered fabric.
