Amazing high carat Victorian orb which opens to reveal a spinner fob and a watch key that fold out so that they can be used. The spinner has three uncut stones waiting to be engraved. The orb itself has laid on decorative gold work and weighs a chunky 15.8g. About 20mm diameter.
