This is a very sparkly and very delicate ring!
Fashioned as an urn with a satellite rose cut diamond measuring 3.5mm to the top of the urn, and then a number of small old cuts and a cushion cut set into the rest of the shape of the urn, foiled and in a gold closed back that has the engraving of an urn to complete the look.

I think the band has been replaced at some point.
