A cross between taxidermy and cutlery! This antique set with steel parts, is meant for carving your Sunday Roast.
 
I'm guessing these are Roe Deer legs, and probably about 145 years old!
 
The fork has a hinged clip that you use to protect your hand when slicing the roast.
 
Measure about 10" long
