Gorgeous French Art Nouveau Pendant, the central motif a beautifully modelled sight hound. He looks over one shoulder, tail between his legs, standing upon a circular open work border of foliate type scrolls, his lead a gold chain, attached from collar to leaf.
The reverse is engraved ‘26 Juliet 1912’ perhaps when their beloved dog died, or even was born.
